Debby, this is a Bennet's wallaby and they stand about 3-4 foot high in most case, at least in this location anyway. They are very friendly and quite passive, unlike their kangaroo cousins who can get very big and dangerously aggressive.

Actually, it is possible here in Hawaii Lorraine. we have a few of these wild wallabies roaming the hills of Oahu.
