Thanks, Roselynne. It was not my intention to shoot this image in speed blur. I was aiming more for following the surfers along the wave to get the effect, but this worked anyway, simply because he had to fall a long way from the top.

Accidental really. I was using the slow shutter for panning, but when this kind of stuff happens, there's usually little room for success.
